A DAY IN THE LIFE
Lead Assistant Superintendents, Forepersons, craft, and subs; set direction and coach
Own field safety—enforce regulations, lead orientations/JHAs, manage lifts/DOT/telehandlers, and incidents
Plan/schedule labor, equipment, materials, and subs to hit productivity and cost targets
Track field cost/schedule vs. estimates; flag risks/variances and resolve issues quickly with the Site Manager
Drive quality to the Project Quality Plan and Blattner standards; set specs/craftsmanship expectations for craft and subcontractors
Partner with the Site Manager and other superintendents, support owner communications/negotiations
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
5+ years supervising self-perform civil/grading crews (earthwork, grading, roads, drainage, foundations)
Strong safety leadership (OSHA/site rules, JHAs, cranes/lifts, DOT/telehandlers, incident management)
Proven field planning and cost/schedule control across labor, equipment, materials, and subs
QA/QC execution experience; ability to read specs/drawings and align work to the plan
Valid driver license with acceptable MVR
100% travel with rotations
WHAT WILL SET YOU APART
Utility-scale experience in mass grading, roads/drainage, erosion control, and foundations
History of developing frontline leaders and mentoring Field Engineers/Foreman
Confidence in owner-facing updates
Safety program implementation and coaching
Four-year degree in a construction or engineering related field

$111,258.00 - $161,324.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
