You will join a global team that turns data into clear actions that improve how we supply products to the market. You will analyse and manage operational and master data, and work closely with supply, commercial, regulatory and quality partners. Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration to mitigate risks and fostering positive relationships with key partners and stakeholders with a professional attitude and deep understanding of global supply chain management, distribution practices and global trade compliance. You will support CIS DNP markets and be responsible for overseeing supply chain processes, including logistics, distribution, accountability for the timely supply of products and samples into relevant markets. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure data is accurate, complete and compliant with site standards and data integrity expectations.
Collect, clean and analyse supply chain data to produce accurate, timely reports.
Maintain and improve master data in core systems (for example SAP), ensuring data quality and compliance.
Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular insight to help teams make decisions.
Respond to stakeholder requests and deliver reports against agreed timelines.
Work with cross-functional teams to investigate data issues and drive root-cause improvements.
Preparation and regular update of order forms for CIS country clients, followed by analysis.
Order processing for CIS country clients in SAP and providing accompanying documentation.
Why You?
Basic Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree in Logistics, Economics, Pharmaceutics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 2 years’ experience working with data in supply chain or regulated environment.
Practical experience with data tools such as Microsoft Office and Power BI.
Experience with SAP system or other enterprise resource planning systems.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
The ability to work across cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills and ability to process large volumes of data and create tools to organize such information.
Understanding of warehouse operations and distribution.
Preferred Qualification:
Fluent in Russian, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or regulated compliance environments.
Background in continuous improvement methods such as Lean or Six Sigma.
Comfortable working in a hybrid model with a mix of on-site and remote work.
