Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 工作职责:

  • 根据渠道策略、品牌策略和销售目标,制定、跟进重点客户计划,确保实现战略增长并合理分配资源。
  • 根据实际业务情况,及时评估、优化,挖掘生意机会,支持销售业务增长。
  • 领导重点客户渠道策略制定和执行,包含活动策划、执行,以及年度协议战略项目合作和执行,实现公司目标和区域市场策略。
  • 定期跟踪、回顾渠道营销活动和项目的执行情况,及时调整,确保项目资源执行效果。
  • 制定和执行GTN的投资策略和non NKA客户的Selling P预算合理使用,确保投资产出合理。

Qualifications / Requirements (Education / Experience / Competencies) 申请资格 / 职位要求(教育背景 / 工作经验 / 知识与技能)

  • Bachelor’s degree & above major in Marketing/Management/Business Administration or related fields are preferred
  • 5 years+ working experience in MNC, Top FMCG/Medical companies, Trade marketing experience is preferred
  • Must be knowledgeable in trade marketing, sales planning, and channel strategies.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential to influence decision-making, drive alignment on business plans, and manage relationships.
