Job Description

全面负责所在区域的销售目标达成,渠道搭建及管理,市场推广,客户维护和服务。
负责指定区域临床流式产品(包括流式细胞仪及试剂)的渠道销售工作,带领渠道合作伙伴达成销售目标,  扩大市场份额
培养渠道的成长并有效管理,推动渠道优化与所辖区域业务发展
协助全国销售经理制定并实施区域市场发展策略,推动销售业绩持续增长
负责所辖区域重要客户拜访,及时了解市场动态协助支持部门相关市场活动推广,提升客户满意度与品牌影响力
严格执行公司及医疗行业的相关合规性规定,并监督代理渠道的执行,提升渠道合作的规范性与专业性,确保业务在公司政策和行业要求下稳健开展
 

Qualifications

本科及以上学历,临床、生物等相关专业优先
3年及以上IVD或者医疗相关行业直销经验+3年以上经销商/渠道管理经验,熟悉临床端口销售流程,并且熟悉区域代理商管理模式
具备良好的沟通能力与跨部门协作能力,能够有效协调资源推动业务进展
具备较强的目标导向与问题解决能力,能在变化中灵活应对、持续推动结果落地
能接受较高强度的出差安排
