Your key responsibilities
Channel Partner Marketing Management
Spearhead and enable European joint marketing campaign strategies in collaboration with European subsidiaries to enhance brand visibility and drive sales through partner channels, ensuring alignment and support for local execution.
Data-Driven Marketing Digital Media Strategy Leadership
Lead the development of joint data-driven marketing strategies, employing customer data insights and AI-based segmentation to deliver CRM and paid media (programmatic, social, search) campaigns. Ensure seamless integration with partner marketing initiatives and empower subsidiaries for effective local execution.
Cross-Functional & Regional Leadership
Lead cross-functional teams across EO and local subsidiaries, collaborating closely with HQ to enable data co-op campaigns through cleanroom environments and first-party data activation.
Regional Strategy & Playbook Development
Work closely with European markets to develop regional campaign strategies, playbooks, and best-practice guidelines that enable local teams to activate data-driven campaigns effectively. Ensure consistent implementation across subsidiaries while adapting to market-specific needs.
Planning and Enablement
Develop data-driven partner marketing frameworks that align with Samsung’s commercial and category objectives, enabling retailers to activate insight-based targeting, improve conversion, and optimize return on investment.
Project Enablement
Oversee and support multiple joint marketing projects, managing campaign timelines, budgets, and KPIs while ensuring subsidiaries and retailers are equipped with data-led tools and insights for successful outcomes.
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
+5 Yrs experience in channel partner marketing, digital media marketing, and CRM within retail, telecommunications, or consumer electronics industries.
Experience in leading marketing campaigns involving CRM, or DMP/CDP environments.
Excellent campaign management planning from A to Z, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
Strong background in paid media (programmatic, social, search) with the ability to analyze and interpret paid media performance data to optimize campaigns.
Proven ability to build and manage relationships with external partners, including retailers and carriers.
You should be commercially savvy with a strong understanding of customer data and be able to use customer analytics to develop and optimise engagement with customers and drive commercial value. You must be comfortable and excited by a fast moving and changing environment and be extremely strong across CRM and loyalty marketing where retention has been key. As a new role in the business it will be ideal for someone who is looking to develop a new function and make an immediate impact.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in leading cross-functional team.

Key competencies should include:
Leadership experience, preferably at a regional level
Strong stakeholder management experience gained in complex, matrix and European/Global environment
Proactive, independent, responsible attitude.
Strong marketing background (minimum 8 years) with strong digital experience
Understanding digital performance metrics & analytical background
Experience of creating and delivering multi-touchpoint marketing plans across digital channels
Strong team and agency management skills; comfortable leading teams, providing constructive feedback, driving performance.
Ability to involve people across the organization, manage stakeholders across seniority levels and sell ideas and tackle conflicts in a productive manner.
Strong data manipulation, web analytics and insight skills
Experience with digital content creation and maintenance
Flexibility to deal with evolving team, individual objectives and challenging market conditions
Good written and verbal communication (clear, accurate, complete, actionable)
Flexible. No nine to five mentality
You’ll have excellent interpersonal skills to accelerate adoption of best practices in Europe and to advise the senior leadership team within a diverse multicultural environment
