The Opportunity
We are seeking a Channel Manager to join our Commercial Operations team, reporting to the Commercial Manager. This role is pivotal in managing key accounts across pharmacy and corporate channels for our influenza vaccine portfolio and in-licensed products. You will work closely with brand teams, finance, and medical affairs while being the first point of contact for specified customers.
The Role
Manage portfolio performance across pharmacy and corporate accounts, ensuring profitable growth for influenza and in-licensed products.
Negotiate and execute pre-season deals, rebates, and commercial terms within compliance guidelines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, pharmacy buying groups, and corporate medical groups.
Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned with marketing objectives.
Monitor competitor activity and generate actionable insights to inform commercial decisions.
Represent the company at national and state industry events, including pharmacy and GP conferences.
Your Skills and Experience
Proven experience in channel or account management within pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
Strong background in direct sales and distributor management.
Expertise in pricing strategies, contract negotiation, and rebate structures.
Ability to manage P&L for assigned accounts and deliver against sales and margin targets.
Tertiary qualification in pharmacology, nursing, allied health, or a commercial discipline (desirable), along with experience.
