Role Overview

As Change Expert, you will lead programs aligned with ING’s Tech & Business strategy, focusing on complex change initiatives within Payments & Settlement Services (PSS). You’ll collaborate with change experts and consultants on assignments critical to ING.

Payments Domain

Payments are vital for individuals and businesses; PSS provides payments, settlements, and open banking solutions. The unit is building a global platform to consolidate payments across ING for greater efficiency and control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage programs through all stages: initiation, delivery, closure.
• Establish governance and roadmaps with milestones.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
• Integrate outcomes into regular business operations.

Requirements

• 3-6 years’ experience managing change project in payments and Tech at ING.
• Relevant tech and payments domain expertise.
• Strong business and IT focus with project delivery.
