CEO Assistant (Payment / Digital Asset)

Singapore Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, including meetings, business engagements, social activities, and personal matters, ensuring smooth and efficient time management.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings, transportation coordination, and full itinerary planning to ensure seamless travel experiences.
  • Draft, review, and organize documents, emails, reports, and meeting notes; provide administrative support and record key information during meetings.
  • Oversee personal affairs such as property management, vehicle maintenance, private purchases, and social engagements.
  • Manage external communications and maintain relationships with key business and personal contacts.
  • Respond promptly to urgent or unexpected situations, providing practical solutions to minimize disruptions to the CEO’s work and personal schedule.
  • Handle various ad-hoc business and personal requests with discretion, flexibility, and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holders or above.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience working directly with C levels.
  • Detail-minded, flexible, self-motivated, organised, responsible, responsive and discreet.
  • Excellent Chinese (Mandarin) and English is required.
