Main Responsibilities
Supporting the development and follow-up of new products
Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information
Support the innovation funnel:
- Guide new products introduction by developing time-integrated plans with
sales, communications, and production
- Build-up business cases to support new product launches in coordination
with the markets responsible and HQ Regional Business managers
- Ensure line-up performances according to yearly target in terms of
volumes, net sales and profitability
- Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to
competitors' products
- Support the development and update of all catalogues and pricelists
- Promote and facilitate the use of materials in the various countries,
defining methods and timing of distribution
Manage the team
What you need to succeed
Must have
Education: Degree/Master, preferred area Marketing / Economics
Professional experience: 4 years experience in electronic goods/ automotive / high-tech industry or FMCG sector
Language: Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken. Others languages are a plus
Soft skills: Empathy, fast, reliable, autonomous, well-organized with great skills in communication and team leadership
Technical Skills
- Solid technical approach with a natural talent and passion for design and high-tech.
- Strategic thinking well balanced with well-organized and structured approach, being fast and responsive in daily tasks.
- Excellent knowledge of Office Package (in particular Excel)
