Dandelion Energy is looking for a CDLâA Driver to join our Geothermal Drilling Teamâbut this is more than a driving job. If youâre looking for steady hours, reliable pay, and the chance to grow into a skilled trade, this role offers all of that while making a real impact in renewable energy.
Youâll spend most of your time driving ClassâA vehicles to and from residential drilling sitesâbut youâll also handle light warehouse and inventory tasks and support our field teams on-site. No long-haul trucking. No weeks away from home. Just consistent work, local routes, and a path to grow with a mission-driven company. This role reports into the Director of Drilling for Colorado.

The expected base pay for this non-exempt role in Colorado is $25-40/hour. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position also has an equity component as part of the overall compensation package.
