Your Role

In your daily job you will:

  • Lead PC&L (Production Control & Logistics) transformation and standardization projects to enhance operational efficiency and process stability.
  • Manage end-to-end material flow, from inbound supply and warehousing to outbound shipment, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate inventory control.
  • Monitor and improve SAP-related data accuracy, error resolution, and system process alignment across departments.
  • Drive safety, 5S, and quality improvement initiatives in warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Lead cost-reduction projects by analyzing COPQ, scrap trends, and delivery efficiency improvement opportunities.
  • Support ISO, customer audit, and compliance requirements, including corrective actions and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with PM, Sales, and Production teams to address urgent logistics or delivery requests.
  • Establish and track performance metrics such as OEE, inventory turnover, and delivery accuracy to achieve continuous improvement targets.

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in PC&L, warehouse, or logistics management within the automotive manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of SAP and material management systems.
  • Proven experience in continuous improvement (Lean, 5S, Kaizen) and cost optimization projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Fluent in English and Korean preferred.
