职位目标

基于新零售市场趋势、平台动态以及所负责品类的消费者需求变化,结合公司业务目标,制定所负责品类在O2O渠道的全域生意策略及运营方案,并追踪执行,持续迭代。

主要工作职责:

制定所负责品类在O2O渠道的增长策略 制定预算对应的投放及运营细则并追踪管理 围绕消费者洞察、场景探索、医学背书进行内容创意与制作,并最终积累人群资产及数据银行 与平台建立共赢的伙伴关系并助力平台品类渗透、品类管理 基于三方联动,协助客户发展团队及线下谈判团队,收获全渠道良性增长 搭建有竞争力的专业化复合型团队,以组为单位具备多职能能力,包括但不限于:数据管理,市场洞察,消费者研究,销售谈判,内容制作及投放迭代等职责,带领团队帮助所管理的品牌成为即时零售行业内最有竞争力的头部品牌,市场份额持续提升。

任职条件:

文化程度(学历/专业):本科或以上学历

任职经验:八年以上的医药零售或医药新零售、数字化营销领域经验,医药即时零售工作经验优先

专业知识/技能:了解医药即时零售,数字化营销的营销模式;

计算机及外语水平

  •  熟练使用OFFICE操作系统,特别是PPT制作及汇报

  •  可进行英文的听说读写
