Your job, as category Buyer R&D and analytical service within our External Manufacturing Procurement will be to ensure the selection of high-quality CDMOs for R&D in alignment with our commercial manufacturing strategy. Your fact-based negotiations and performance-based contracting will safeguard our company’s interests while driving value across the entire supply chain.

Main Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies ensuring global participation, alignment, and adoption.
Market Analysis, Spend Analysis, RFI/RFP/RFQ, Supplier Evaluation, Contract Negotiation, Risk Management, Compliance.
Drive the negotiations with suppliers under his/her perimeter.
Align with Finance and the Business to capture and monitor external budget spends and savings.
Assemble successful cross functional teams to develop cost modeling and analytics, evaluate total cost, total savings potential, sourcing options, regulatory/legal/quality impact, and production/operation impact of sourcing opportunities.
Drive and manage change and process efficiencies.
About You
Experience:
5-7 years in Procurement preferably Pharmaceutical Industry
Cost Modeling/Total Cost of Ownership
Fill finish and label and packaging
Soft and technical skills:
Strong Knowledge of best-in-class Procurement techniques and processes
Possesses strong competency in networking across various stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
Strong business acumen and ability to build sustainable business connectivity
Solid listening and communication skills
Capability to work in a matrix and complex environment
Strong communicator with ability to adapt style and approach according to audience.
Consistency of focus upon delivery of outcomes and results
High level of analytical skills and ability to utilize tools/systems accordingly.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Life sciences required
Master's Degree Business Administration or Life Sciences preferred.
Languages:
Fluent in written and spoken English

The salary range for this position is:
$101,250.00 - $146,250.00All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
