Casual Hourly Rate: $35.35–$43.54 (WT 2.1 to 3.4 + 25% loading)
Busy Bees at Wyndham Vale is a welcoming, well-resourced centre with 124 licensed places, located in the growing community of Wyndham Vale, VIC. We are seeking flexible and reliable Casual Educators who can support our team across different rooms and shifts.

About the Role
In this role, you will:
Step into different rooms and support permanent staff with routines and transitions
Assist in delivering play-based learning aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Build warm, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Be available for flexible shifts Monday to Friday, between 6:30am and 6:30pm
Foster a safe, inclusive environment that reflects the needs of each child
Bring energy, initiative, and adaptability to each day
What You’ll Need
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
Valid VIC Working with Children Check (Employee)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training
Knowledge of EYLF and NQS
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Australian working rights
