Casual Hourly Rate: $35.35 – $43.54 (WT 2.1 to 3.4 + 25% casual loading)

About the Role
As a Casual Educator, you will:
Support room teams in delivering play-based educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Step confidently into different rooms and adapt to daily centre needs
Assist with routines including supervision, transitions, meals, and activities
Contribute to safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environments
What You’ll Need
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
Working with Children Check (Employee) – VIC requirement
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training
A flexible, proactive, and collaborative approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
