We are looking for an individual with a broad range of CASS (Client Assets Sourcebook), reconciliations and finance skills.

As a CASS and Accounts Administrator, you’ll be

  • Investigating platform data to understand transactional activity. Data analysis, using Excel, will form a significant part of the role.

  • Providing guidance on a range of technical queries as required, to ensure the timely provision of high-quality information and guidance.

  • Developing and maintaining contacts across the business unit to identify customer requirements and provide appropriate support and guidance.

What you’ll need:

  • Good understanding and practical application of CASS rules, solid understanding of financial accounting processes and practices

  • Ability to analyse transactional data, strong numerical and analytical skills

  • Ability to form relationships and communicate

  • Good organisational and prioritisation skills and ability to work successfully without constant supervision and management oversight

  • Business process knowledge (particularly around pension transactions)

  • High attention to detail and communication skills are essential, along with a good understanding of our IT systems and Microsoft Office

  • Desirable FNZ CSP platform knowledge

This role would suit candidates who take ownership of personal development and can adapt to change as well as learn about pension products and follow processes. There is a high level of data analysis and data interrogation required, using Excel and CSP.
