We are seeking a dynamic Case Centre Manager to drive our case development strategy, oversee the Centre’s operations, and strengthen our global profile.

Key Responsibilities:
Case Development & Editorial Excellence
Lead the research, development, and writing of innovative, high-impact teaching cases relevant to Asia and ASEAN.
Collaborate with faculty, subject-matter experts, and business leaders to create pedagogically effective cases that are relevant and insightful.
Monitor regional and global business trends to proactively identify topics with strong educational value.
Build strong networks within the case-writing and academic communities to expand the Centre’s influence and reach.
Oversee the editorial process — from initial draft to polished publication — maintaining the highest academic and editorial standards, with the help of professional copyeditors.
Centre Leadership & Strategic Operations
Manage the Centre’s operations, including administrative workflows, publication schedules, and author/distributor relationships.
Day-to-day resource management and allocation for the Centre
Oversight of Centre’s Finances, including budgeting, planning and monitoring
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Business, or related discipline; Master’s or PhD preferred.
At least 8 years of work experience with significant experience in writing and publishing teaching cases, ideally with an Asian or ASEAN focus.
Proven ability to conduct rigorous research, synthesise complex information, and craft compelling narratives.
Demonstrated leadership in managing people, projects, and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with case study methodology and academic publishing practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant editorial tools.
