The Air Defense team builds robots that find other robots and knock them out of the sky. The Mission Operations team is responsible for managing the delivery, sustainment, and growth of the capabilities we provide to our customers. Working across product, engineering, and logistics teams, our Capability Associates own the operational delivery and sustainment of Air Defense products within Anduril’s portfolio.
We are looking for a Capabilities Associate to join our Air Defense team to be the responsible for the delivery and sustainment of our existing and emerging maneuver counter-UAS products. This Associate will also work with Anduril Capability Leads, engineers and customers to further refine and scale products that are beyond their initial fielding stage.
You will be the product subject matter expert on the delivery of world-class Air Defense products and the continued sustainment/iterative refinement as technology and threats rapidly evolve. You fulfill this responsibility through rigorous operational execution, detail orientation, proactive communication, deep mission understanding, and hard-won product expertise. If you are passionate about delivering and educating others on ground-breaking technology, contributing to the national security mission, interacting with a wide range of experts, and providing user feedback and lessons learned to continuously improve our product and our team, then Anduril wants to hear from you.

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
