Job Description
This role is responsible for co creating, ideating, and executing a customer communication, engagement & correspondence strategy (Operational communications, Business as usual communications, Legal correspondences, Sales, Retention, Cross sell & Upsell campaigns). The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts, over periods of up to a year.This role manages & executes customer communication, engagement & correspondence strategy deliveries designed to grow market share and achieve business objectives. Implements a clear communication strategy and plan, in line with Personal Finance objectives.
