What will you be doing?
The purpose of this role is to develop a commercial plan for a specified Region, with a key responsibility of leading a team of Product Specialist professionals to implement the plan and deliver against sales targets.
What will you need to be successful?
- Meet sales and profit targets on portfolio products across a specified Region.
 - Develop a Regional Marketing plan aligned to the Company's marketing strategy.
 - Effectively manage an expense budget to ensure optimum return on investment.
 - Take responsibility for all aspects of leading and managing the overall regional marketing team.
 - Lead, manage, coach, and develop the direct reports using agreed systems e.g. My Career, annual plans.
 - Build an industry leading regional Marketing team with capability to approach at all appropriate levels in the NHS by utilising leading sales practices.
 - Maintain an in-depth knowledge of local contracts and tenders, collaborating closely with the Commercial Team, to ensure strong profitable listings.
 - Develop a strong customer network with key stakeholders that will be used to develop local opportunities.
 
Successful candidates would need the following:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
 - Proven Marketing experience within the pharmaceutical/medical devices sales sector.
 - Marketing/Sales management experience preferable.
 - Experience of training & coaching others is essential.
 - Previous Trauma Experience would be an advantage
 - Ability to communicate in Arabic and English
 - Demonstrates an in depth understanding of the challenges within the NHS and a track record of success in a changing external environment.
 - Strong commercial acumen, including negotiation expertise.
