The Position
The Organon Business Technology Analyst will be responsible for the operation, support, delivery, and enhancement of Organon’s IT systems supporting the Quality Business Unit.
Working knowledge is required for both Quality Management processes, such as Customer Complaints, Deviations, Change Control, Document Management, Risk Management, and Audits, and Lab Information systems and supporting processes, such as LIMS, Empower, Tulip etc….
The Business Analyst in the QML Systems team supports the operation and enhancement of IT systems within Organon’s Quality Business Unit. This role involves assisting in the management of Quality Management processes and Lab Information Systems, working across a range of applications support Program and Project activities in partnership with functional colleagues.

Responsibilities
• Support the QMS and Q&L Value Team in providing operational assistance and customer service for Organon Quality business partners.
• Assist in analyzing the QML technology stack to drive productivity benefits aligned with Value Team program processes.
• Collaborate with functional stakeholders to support the implementation of the QML IT strategy.
• Work alongside Quality business colleagues to help define and execute business strategies.
• Provide technical support for the current IT systems within the QML domain.
• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives, regulatory compliance, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with IT and project teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, process maps, user stories, and compliance-related documents.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from stakeholders, including regulatory bodies.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any issues that arise, particularly those related to compliance and regulations.
• Provide training and support to users on new systems and processes, with a focus on compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with Organon’s SDLC standards and contribute to developing team competencies.
• Focus on personal and team development, seeking opportunities for learning and growth.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Science, Business, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience in IT or technical support roles, with exposure to Quality Management and Lab Systems preferred.
• Basic understanding of Quality Management processes, including Customer Complaints, Deviations, Change Management, and Document Control.
• Ability to assist in developing IT solutions across business domains.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks, including Data Integrity and SDLC validation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
• Communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Basic proficiency in project management and resource coordination.
• Willingness to learn and develop influencing and negotiation skills.
