Title: Business Systems Team Leader

Job Location: 465 Main Street, Buffalo, NY 14203. Position requires in-office work three (3) days every week.

Job Description: Complete and oversee the most complex systems analysis, design and development efforts. Provide the highest-level analytical consulting and leadership in identifying and implementing new uses of information technologies to assist the client areas and Bank in meeting their short-term business goals and long-term strategic objectives. Prepare and manage the technical component of project plans. Confer with other Development, operations staff and Technology staff in overall systems development direction from technical analysis to user acceptance testing. Prepare and review test data and execute detailed test plans. Complete any required debugging. Evaluate and understand highly complex interrelationships and effects among programs, interfacing applications and platforms. Prepare thorough, clear technical and functional specifications and update systems documentation. Prepare charts, tables and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems. Review documentation prepared by less experienced staff. Prepare and review assessments to include required tasks, estimated time frames and effort for any scope project. Maintain efficient operation and electiveness of supported applications. Recommend new technology, policies or processes to benefit the organization and improve deficiencies. Lead or participate in technical evaluations of vendor software. Follow and promote use of development standards and procedures. Maintain high level of technical aptitude expert working knowledge of the supporting application(s), development environments and the supported client environment. Assist in developing expense and capital budgets. Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management. Maintain M&T internal control standards, including finely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable. Design, development, testing, implementation, and support of Oracle Cloud ERP application.

Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related technical field plus seven (7) years of experience as a Software Programmer, Software Engineer, Analyst Programmer, Oracle Cloud Engineer, Project Manager or related occupation. Requires 7 years of experience with each of the following: Implementing Oracle ERP Cloud Financials including ERP SaaS Financials and Accounting Hub Cloud services; Using Oracle cloud solution to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications and Conversion of data from legacy system and outbound and inbound interface development for Oracle ERP cloud; Building custom reports, interfaces, and integrations using the Fusion Technology Stack including XML publisher BIP and OTBI; Design, development, testing, implementation, and production support of Oracle Cloud ERP application; Requires 5 years of experience with each of the following: Using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) Reports, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) Reports, Oracle ATP database, SQL, PLSQL, REST API, POSTMAN, XML, VBCS, FDI with Business Objects, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to support production and develop solution for Oracle cloud financial application; Configuring and Customizing FBDI templates; Configuring and maintaining configuration workbook for functional setups using CWB and Oracle setup tools; Using PLM software including JIRA and Gitlab for agile development.

Salary: $ 172,625.00- $ 182,625.00 per year
