The Business Systems Support Admin will provide day-to-day support within Salesforce and related Business System tools at Movable Ink. This role will conduct critical administrative tasks including managing employee access, troubleshooting user or system issues, and improving overall data quality. This role will work directly with the broader Business Systems team to deliver timely support, document Salesforce processes, and execute on ad-hoc business projects. This role will have the opportunity to learn about more Business System platforms over time and be mentored by the team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily ticketing support of Movable Ink’s Business Systems, including: Salesforce, Zendesk, Docusign, Cognism, and Salesloft
  • Manage access of user records, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules for systems and related enablement tools
  • Monitor employee feedback and questions to ensure no breakdown in contract review or signature processes within our CLM (e.g. task reassignment, help with uploads, manager assignment)
  • Troubleshoot user-reported bugs or errors within core systems, replicating issues where relevant
  • Build reports and automations in tools based on business or project needs
  • Execute bulk data uploads and reporting requests as defined by the team
  • Collaborate with the current team on all aspects of support, documentation, and process improvements
  • Assist with page layouts, data cleanup, and evaluating legacy processes marked for deprecation 

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years previous experience managing SaaS systems as either an Administrator or Support Admin
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar platforms
  • A willingness to learn with a positive attitude
  • Salesforce Admin Certified is preferred, but not required
  • Experience with Data Loader and/or DemandTools (bulk uploads) is a plus
