Business Systems Analyst with hands-on expertise will work in Motorola Solution’s Enterprise Core Technology IT group supporting Procurement and Finance Organizations.
This team is accountable for the transformation, maintenance, and enhancement of Coupa platform to support indirect procurement business. The team works closely with Procurement and Finance business groups globally to implement and support Procure to Pay, Supplier onboarding and Risk assessment processes, and adopt industry best practices to simplify user experience for internal employees and suppliers.
As a Business System Analyst, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in understanding business requirements, work with cross functional IT and business teams, and apply your Coupa expertise/ industry knowledge to provide robust, configurable and futuristic solutions.
You will be part of Motorola Solution’s Enterprise Core Technology group and accountable to support and enhance Indirect Procurement and Risk Assess modules globally.
Responsibilities:
Perform functional, technical and maintenance functions to include, but not be limited to the following:
Own and maintain Coupa Procure to Pay, SIM, Core and CRA processes (80% functional, 20% technical)
Manage key processes like Catalog management, Project and non project based procurement, Approval workflows, Accruals, Supplier collaboration through CSP, cXML, SAN
Manage Coupa integrations with Oracle ERP, Vertex, Workday, ServiceNow and other boundary applications
Must be able to work with internal IT and lead external IT teams to adopt best practices to simplify user experience
Ability to debug the system for issues and provide management summary in business speaks for the issues, root cause, next steps in business terms
Should be able to work in fast pace, Agile environment and multiple projects simultaneously
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders in US and EMEA time zones
A bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related discipline
5+ years of hands-on experience with Coupa P2P, SIM, Core, CRA modules with integration touchpoints with Oracle ERP
Excellent Interpersonal & communication skills, detail oriented and a self-starter
