Your Role: Operations Support Specialist

As an Operations Support Specialist, you will be a key part of the Operations team, providing essential support to marketing and sales, as well as other functional areas. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing purchase orders, contracts, promotional materials, internal meetings and ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage Purchase Orders (PO) and vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with FRAP policy.
• Support and educate Business Owners on PO management and financial controls.
• Coordinate internal meetings and manage the lifecycle of commercial and marketing contracts.
• Oversee the management and distribution of promotional materials using PromoMats.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting for financial accruals and opex control.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Degree level in life science or business.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar operations support role.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong organizational and implementation skills.
