Position summary
The Business Services and Operations Associate supports the Business Services and Operations team in delivering a range of core functions, including travel logistics, employee engagement coordination, procurement support, and day-to-day operational and administrative support.
This role plays a key part in supporting Nava’s remote employees by supporting improvements to our operational culture and ensuring seamless experiences across our national team. The Business Services and Operations Associate sets high standards for efficiency, follow-through, and service, incorporating feedback from the wider team to help strengthen Nava’s culture and mission-driven work. This role must be located in the DC area.
