The Business Relationship Manager manages an assigned portfolio of applications, projects and interacts with corporate functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and secure technical solutions that enable achievement of business strategies.
The BRM performs analysing activities in order to define the needed specifications to effectively build informatic systems which are meant to fulfill users requirements. In this role, the BRM will be reporting to the Senior Business Relationship Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key IT players, internal teams and stakeholders. Serve as the primary liaison between IT and designated business units, fostering strong and collaborative partnerships.
- Customer Engagement: Understand business requirements and ensure that solutions are aligned with their needs. Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance business satisfaction and loyalty.
- Project Management: Oversee the execution of projects and initiatives within the area. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Demonstrate good project management skills and experience in Project and Program Management is a plus. Facilitate demand management, prioritization, and project initiation with business stakeholders and IT teams
- Coordination and Collaboration: Ability to coordinate, collaborate, and lead on assigned topics with minimum guidance. Interact across IT to implement solutions aligned with the Senior BRM for area Roadmap. Ability to create constructive relationships, influence, and communicate to multiple stakeholders, including client management, IT management, and non-technical staff.
- Tracking and Reporting: Ability to track, summarize, document, and report on assigned topics. Monitor the progress on topics assigned to you and provide regular reports and updates.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrate strategic thinking and raise awareness on potential risks, impediments, and dependencies for the topics assigned to you. Identify opportunities for process improvement, digital transformation, and innovation.
- Business & Product Acumen: Understand the scope of applications in the portfolio and assess the potential impact of technological changes (updates, upgrades, migrations, customizations) and keeping consistence and alignment with business strategy and predefined requirements. Identify and realize business benefits together business stakeholders. Participate in all Projects delivering changes/new apps in the designated app landscape in order to create and implement functional solutions which fulfill the predefined requirements or certain organizational necessities.

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a technology-compatible field or equivalent industry experience
- 4-6 years of relevant IT experience preferably with experience in corporate functions in a multinational manufacturing company
- Exposure to ITIL/Agile and/or other structured service management methodologies
- Financial business acumen and experience in developing, consolidating, and managing appropriation requests, as well as following different financial approvals processes for funding our internal projects
- Excellent collaboration & communication skills (both written and oral)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Self-Manages: Demonstrated ability to work autonomously towards a goal
- Experience in Project Management – PMP or Prince certifications are a plus
