In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and transacting key Software & Control (SWC) Project Management Office (PMO) processes. The processes include, but are not limited to, the maintenance of databases, project status and performance reporting, and providing project administration and governance support while interfacing effectively across the SWC organization. The responsibilities of this position include working with the PMO staff and key managers in order to effectively provide business services in support of the project management efforts

Your Responsibilities:

  • Interfacing with PMO for project implementation and control, across project lifecycle from project initiation, throughout development, to product release, in accordance with standards.
  • Analysis of project data to determine key performance drivers or special data analysis tasks as requested.
  • Problem solving and responding to unique situations on key issues, risks, progress, decisions and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with PMO organization, peers and functional groups to drive best practices and standardize PMO Operations processes.
  • Report to Hiring Manager.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • 2 years of experience in business, administrative support or equivalent.
  • SAP experience in project systems and shopping carts desired.
  • College degree preferably in Business, Computer Science or related field.
  • Very good English.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Follow detailed steps.
  • Working knowledge in MS Excel including Pivot Tables, Vlookups, Index.
  • Demonstrate experience following standards and processes.
  • Basic decision-making required with guidance from manager.
  • Ability to shift and manage priorities on a daily/hourly basis from manager.
  • Willingness to work overtime when need arises.
  • Retain knowledge of processes and policies with guidance from manager.
  • Know what job aides to follow and referring to confluence reference pages for processes / guidelines.
  • Consistent work output is important with high degree.
  • Learn how to look at the big picture and understand the "why" with policies / processes to work on special projects.
  • Desire to collaborate to the success of the team.
  • Basic knowledge required in SAP project accounting or finance.
  • Basic knowledge of account structures for shopping cart creation.
  • Know the appropriate partners to bring in.
  • Know when to escalate to management with guidance from manager.
