We are seeking a talented individual to join our Business Operations Lead - Fiduciary at Marsh. This role will be based in Seoul. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Business Operations Lead - Fiduciary is a senior role responsible for overseeing the operational functions, managing global/regional initiatives, and driving overall improvement related to fiduciary activities within an organization. This position combines leadership, operational management, project management, process improvement, and stakeholder management. 

We will count on you to:

  • Manage and lead Fiduciary operations including billing and credit control. 

  • Ensure compliance with industry’s best practices, regulatory exams, and relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. 

  • Analyze existing processes and controls to identify inefficiencies and improvements using best practices. 

  • Collaborate with regional and local teams to drive global and regional projects. 

  • Drive transformation and change initiatives to improve processes, align with financial targets, and ensure smooth adoption.

  • Creating reports and dashboards to provide insights into financial, operational and strategic reporting, including standardization. 

  • Identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters. 

  • Oversee and optimize business systems for efficiency, reporting, and user experience.

  • Lead and motivate teams, set KPI and ensure their accomplishment.

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies, including coaching, mentoring, and succession planning to build a high-performing team. 

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or above

  • 10+ years of experience in business operations in financial services, insurance, or related industries

  • Experience in business process analysis including business process modelling and business process improvement

  • Strong understanding of financial analysis and collection strategies. 

  • Experience in project environment including project management. 

  • People management experience is preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in English.
