Position Summary
This role provides high-level support to the US CEO, Resolution Life, and the US Growth & Value (G&V) team. The main focus is to efficiently manage the US CEO’s schedule, priorities, travel, and expenses. The role also provides support to the Company President during US visits, contributing to the execution of Growth & Value initiatives.
We are seeking a professional who can:
- Deliver exceptional business management and executive administrative support.
- Coordinate and refine external presentation materials to ensure consistency, clarity, and client readiness.
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the G&V team.
- Represent and reinforce Resolution Life’s culture and values in all internal and external interactions.
Key Accountabilities
Within the G&V Team:
- Coordinate the client conference calendar and support the planning of the annual ReFocus Conference.
- Serve as a DealCloud super-user, supporting the team in managing deal information and workflows.
- Plan and execute a variety of events, including executive dinners, board meetings, and team-building activities.
- Liaise with executive assistants to CEOs and C-suite leaders across the US life insurance industry.
- Attend team meetings, process invoices, and proactively complete tasks to avoid last-minute changes.
Executive Support:
- Proactively manage the US CEO’s calendar, including scheduling, prioritizing deadlines, and ensuring efficient time management.
- Act as a gatekeeper for internal and external meeting requests, exercising sound judgment and discretion.
- Support the broader team with ad hoc scheduling and coordination needs.
- Liaise with external stakeholders and coordinate logistics for on-site and off-site meetings.
- Manage complex travel arrangements, ensuring all preferences and business requirements are met.
- Support special projects and assume additional responsibilities to advance executive and departmental objectives.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in a business management or executive support role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized, with strong planning skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels, including senior executives.
- Familiarity with the financial services or investment management environment.
- Self-starter with strong initiative, problem-solving, and sound judgment.
- Able to anticipate needs, manage ambiguity, and remain composed and solutions-focused under pressure.

These estimates consider a wide range of factors in making base salary decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
In addition to salary, Resolution Life US offers a comprehensive benefits package, including our health & wellness program, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The range for the role may differ based on the location.
