Job Description:

How you will make your mark

  • Leads complex data and business analyses to develop actionable business plans, identifying recommendations and insights.

  • Works independently to design, develop, and maintain analytical and forecasting tools using Python, C#, SQL, SAP, and Power BI.

  • Builds, tests, and optimizes automated data pipelines and integrations between business systems.

  • Constructs highly complex statistical and financial models to forecast business performance; coaches others on model development.

  • Establishes the metrics required to measure business performance and develops the processes for identifying and addressing performance gaps.

  • Manages complex, time-sensitive market research projects and prepares synthesized intelligence reports with clear business implications.

  • Leads cross-functional teams across the entire span of business planning and automation activities.

  • Contributes to priority projects by adding creative insights and developing data-driven recommendations.

  • Partners with business leaders to develop business plans and proactively identify new opportunities.

  • Develops go-forward business plan recommendations based on potential risks and returns.

  • Identifies and implements cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions.

About you

  • 6+ years of work experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or a related functional area.
  • University Degree (e.g., MBA, MS in Data Science, or similar) or demonstrable equivalent.
  • Strong programming and analytical skills with Python, C#, SQL, and SAP integration.

  • Proven experience developing Power BI dashboards and data models to support strategic reporting and automation.

  • Extensive knowledge of research methodology for key business issues.

  • Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation capabilities.

  • Ability to leverage modern analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to business analysis.

  • Solid understanding of how to analyze business problems using Excel, Access, and statistical or financial modeling tools.

  • Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong project management skills, including leading large, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting with business stakeholders.

  • Developed leadership skills, including team-building, conflict resolution, and mentoring.

  • Ability to identify emerging trends from market and industry data and translate them into business insights.
