We are looking for energetic French-Speaking Business Development Representatives (BDRs / SDRs) to generate and nurture sales leads for our SaaS-based email and information services.

Working on a hybrid basis from our incredible France office, and closely with Marketing, Channel and Sales teams, you will develop new business leads by a mix of warm and cold calling, targeting our French market.

We're looking to speak with motivated high-performers who are ambitious and looking to use their French language skills in a hyper-growth environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect and qualify enterprise leads within the French region using advanced tools and resources.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives, Marketing, Channel, and Sales teams to build a robust pipeline.
  • Profile and target key accounts in the French territory to generate new business opportunities.
  • Effectively articulate Mimecast’s value proposition in French and English to prospects and secure high-quality meetings for the wider team.
  • Develop a deep understanding of cybersecurity challenges facing enterprise organizations in the region.
  • Meet or exceed monthly meeting targets and pipeline generation goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales development activities within CRM systems.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Coachability, curiosity, and a proactive, autonomous approach to business development.
  • Motivation to succeed and grow your career within Mimecast and the cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify solutions for enterprise-level clients.
  • 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation within B2B or SaaS environments, ideally with exposure to enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience with business applications such as MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of the France business landscape and previous exposure to SaaS or cybersecurity solutions is advantageous.

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is 40,000−60,000 EUR (OTE) plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits, in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills. Final offers will reflect these considerations and may vary accordingly.
