The Role

As a Business Development Representative Lead at INFINIT, you will take on a hybrid player coach position. You will continue to generate new business opportunities, run outbound campaigns, qualify prospects, and contribute pipeline while also leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of Business Development Representatives.

You will play a critical role in shaping our top-of-funnel engine: refining prospecting strategy, improving outreach quality, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless handoff to Account Executives. This role is ideal for a top-performing BDR who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to elevate others and help scale a world-class revenue organization.
