About the Opportunity:
This rewarding opportunity will see you join the St Vincent’s Private Hospital Toowoomba (SVPHT) as the Business Development Manager in our Executive Department.
You will bring your passion to the role where you will work with a great team to conceive, implement and evaluate strategic programs to achieve the Hospital’s business development goals
This role is full time and will be pivotal in identifying, developing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with Doctors, strategic partners and businesses
Seeking a reputable, composed professional with excellent relationship management skills to act as the conduit between the Hospital and our external stakeholders to develop positive long-term, and mutually beneficial relationships.
Key responsibilities of the role:
The Business Development Manager will have the responsibility to conceive, implement and evaluate strategic programs to achieve the Hospital’s business development goals. This will involve identifying business opportunities and direct programs based upon research findings. This will then result in the Business Development Manager completing any business cases and reports as required.
This role will be required to effectively communicate and work with a variety of professionals including Doctors, managers, administrators and the external public while demonstrating sound judgment and problem solving skills.
Maintain working relations with all Doctors to ensure opportunity to support future growth whilst supporting our Doctor recruitment strategies
Understand and analyse the annual Hardes data and other data and establish strategies to address opportunities.
Oversee the management of social media both internally and externally.

Experience with clinical network development, marketing or clinical sales experience
Effective managerial and leadership skills
Strong relationship building/interpersonal skills
Budget preparation and proven business case writing skills
Experience in planning, development and implementation
The ability to motivate, manage and mentor diverse groups toward the accomplishment of established goals.
A clinical background is not necessary but will be highly regarded
