^{We are looking for a Business Consultant – Dynamics 365 to join our team and help design and deliver innovative CRM solutions for global clients. This is a remote position, open to professionals based anywhere in Brazil.}

^{Key Responsibilities}

^{Design and document CRM workflows and business processes using BPMN/UML, mapped to Dynamics 365.}
^{Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and test cases; support validation through UAT.}
^{Lead end-to-end CRM implementation projects, managing scope, timelines, and risks.}
^{Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, facilitating workshops and aligning expectations.}
^{Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.}
^{Support change management initiatives and coordinate training to promote user adoption.}

^Requirements

^{3+ years of experience as a Business Consultant or Business Analyst focused on Dynamics 365 CRM.}
^{Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions.}
^{Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments.}
^{Advanced English (B2/C1) – essential for communication with global teams.}
^{Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.}
^{Remote role – open to candidates based in Brazil.}
