We are looking for a Business and Insights Manager to join our Pathology Solutions product management team in Agilent’s Clinical Diagnostics Division. The role is based in Glostrup, Denmark, but we are open to candidates who prefer a hybrid working model. This role plays a key part in driving data-informed decision-making and uncovering market opportunities across the Clinical Diagnostics product management division.

You will lead a team of five, composed of a mix of onsite and hybrid-working employees:

  • Four team members focus on insights, supporting data analysis, market trends, and strategic recommendations.
  • One team member serves as the Digital Product Content Expert, responsible for creating division technical product content for use on Agilent.com and other marketing channels, in close collaboration with Product Managers and Commercial Marketing.

In this role you will be:

  • Leading the collection, analysis, and synthesis of market, customer, and competitive data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Developing actionable insights and dashboards to support product launches, pricing strategies, and LCM strategies.
  • Monitoring and reporting on product performance, sales trends, and customer adoption across regions.
  • Partnering with key internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and risks.
  • Supporting strategic planning cycles with data-driven input and scenario modeling.
  • Collaborating with Global Product Managers to align insights with business priorities.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership and cross-functional teams, translating complex data into clear recommendations.
  • Facilitating workshops and presentations to share insights and drive alignment.
  • Ensuring data integrity and consistency across platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, market insights, or strategic planning, preferably in life sciences or diagnostics.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Experience working in a global matrix organization is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
