What this role is all about
Business Analytics aims to cover business and commercial points with Customers, Suppliers, Partners and Products by conducting proper market intelligence and ensuring that suggested business models grant Infobip maximized profitability and short return on investment.
What you'll do
- Daily and On Demand Analysis: Dive into daily traffic, revenue, gross profit, and quality analysis to keep things running smoothly. Use spreadsheets and data visualization tools to analyse and present data. Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators for products. Provide insights for new opportunities for improvement.
- Deal Profitability: Track the profitability of customer deals, report internally on project profitability, and suggest next steps for improvement. Assist in forecasting activities by analysing historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors.
- Pricing Strategy Participation: Provide analytical inputs to support the global solution pricing strategy.
- Document standard operating procedures and guidelines for various processes ensuring consistency and knowledge transfer.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams on changes in routes, senders, and regulations, providing valuable business insights and requirements
- Global Communication: Maintain communication with various internal stakeholders to ensure high-level information flow, suggest operational and business improvements, and share good practices and use cases.
What makes you a strong fit
A fresh graduate or last year student of Economics, Finance, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field ( or you are on the final year of your bachelor or master's)
Nice-to-have qualifications
- Have affinity toward business analytics, data and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
- Understand how solutions pricing work
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI)
- Are persistent and solution oriented
Internship timeline
- Application deadline (4th of January)
- CV screening & Interview with Talent Acquisition (During December & January)
- Recruitment task (home assignments) (During December & January)
- Interview with Hiring team and selection process feedback (January)
- Start of internship program (February 9th)
- Orientation week in Zagreb Infobip campus (February 9th - 13th)
- Working with the mentor and within a team (February - August)
- End of the Internship program (August)
