Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst based in Medellín, Colombia to join our Business Information Systems (BIS) team. This role will focus on optimizing our Lead-to-Go-to-Market (L2GTM) processes within Salesforce, ensuring seamless integration between business needs and system capabilities. You’ll collaborate with global stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, SalesOps, RevOps, and IT to drive scalable, data-driven solutions that support our GTM strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

Business & Systems Analysis

  • Analyze and document L2GTM workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.

Salesforce

  • Collaborate closely with BIS developers, Salesforce administrators, Product Managers, and Product Owners to document and ensure team is clear on the solutions being implemented. This includes gathering and refining business and technical requirements, aligning system capabilities with product strategy.

 

Data Governance & Reporting

  • Support data quality and consistency across records within Salesforce.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key performance indicators.

 

Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead UAT, training, and documentation efforts for new features and process changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce business analysis, preferably within a BIS or IT organization. Consulting experience a plus.
  • Understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote.
  • Familiarity with Go-to-Market (GTM) processes, such as lead generation, qualification, routing, campaign execution, and sales enablement.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira and Microsoft Office.
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Business Analyst, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
