The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise system analysis and development, with hands-on experience in Java and JavaScript technologies. Experience in mobile insurance applications, remote insurance services, or channel service systems is highly preferred.Responsibility：
1. 需求訪談與分析
－ 與業務單位密切合作，深入了解使用情境、問題本質與目標流程
2. 跨部門溝通與橋接
－ 將業務語言轉化為系統可執行的邏輯描述，協助技術團隊理解需求背景
－ 協調內外部利害關係人，對齊目標與範疇（Scope）
3. 功能驗證與測試協作
－ 驗證系統是否滿足業務需求
－ 支援測試過程問題排查與回饋追蹤
4. 系統理解與影響評估
－ 具備初步系統架構與資料流程理解能力，能協助進行 impact analysis
－ 於需求變更時提供可行性建議與判斷，完成需求排序管理與人力資源調配建議
5. 文件管理與知識維護
－ 協助維護需求、規格與流程的版本控管與知識文件
6. 行政與合約管理
－ 協助處理需求相關之行政流程，包括採購申請、合約審核、對廠商溝通與文件彙整
－ 確保各項流程依據內部規範與時程控管執行，支援團隊整體管理
Qualification：
1. 具備 5年以上 金融/保險業Business Analyst經驗
2. 具備跨系統整合分析、API / 資料流程理解能力
3. 具備資訊術語理解能力
