Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Understand Logistics & Services (L&S) offerings of Maersk for all Products
Product direction setting & performance management (MoM progress on key business metrics and providing the right support towards P&L protection)
Data analytics to improve business forecast accuracy
Coordinate with Product teams highlighting the opportunities across accounts/markets to steer business in the right direction
New growth initiatives for respective Products based on data insights
Weekly rigor with sales to drive traction on new product initiatives
Drive initiatives with Network/other Area teams for joint product growth
Orchestrate discussions cross functionally between product, sales & ocean teams to strengthen product roadmap/opportunity based on market intel insights.
Assist Product Managers in Annual budgeting exercise
Business writing and presentations.
Required Experience & Skills:
Understanding of Shipping, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management
Preferred years of experience, 10 to 12years.
Good MS Excel and presentation capabilities
Strong aptitude for numbers and sound business acumen
Results driven, strategic and analytical thinker
Self-starter and able to work with tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Education background
Postgraduate in Business Administration
