Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive improvements in local business processes, products, and services through insightful data analysis.
• Collaborate with business representatives and DDIT teams to develop and refine business requirements.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency and add tangible value.
• Ensure consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and validation/testing.
• Implement and manage data analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Airflow) to strengthen data processing capabilities.
• データ分析を通じて、ローカルなビジネスプロセス、製品、サービスの改善を推進する
• ビジネス担当者やDDITチームと連携し、ビジネス要件の策定・改善を行う
• 効率性や付加価値向上のため、データ主導の提案を実施する
• ユーザー要件、機能仕様、検証・テスト間の一貫性とトレーサビリティを確保する
• SnowflakeやAirflowなどのデータ分析プラットフォームを導入・管理し、データ処理能力を強化する

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience working in multinational, global environments.
• Hands-on experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven ability to leverage digital technology and big data for business solutions.
• Practical experience with continuous integration, continuous delivery, and agile development methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Business Level of both English and Japanese proficiency

• CI/CDやアジャイル開発の実務経験
