Business Analyst Lead

Work as a Business Analyst Lead in an Agile team on our WeCollaborate, SharePoint Online Program. You will be part of the Business Analysis Practice, working on a daily basis with your agile squad. You will liaise with stakeholders in order to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes and rebuilds of applications, SharePoint sites, workflows and business processes. Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the business to achieve its goals while supporting compliance and project scope constraints.

About the role

  • Prepare ongoing reviews and evaluation of existing applications, SharePoint sites, technical workflows and business processes for changes, moves and re-builds.
  • Elicit, analyse, document, communicate, and manage the business requirements.
  • Translate complex business, strategic and technical information concisely for diverse audiences.
  • Ensure that all requirements are clearly captured and understood through effective communication, coordination and documentation.


About you

  • Deep expertise in delivering business analysis for large scale, cross domain projects.
  • Strong business analysis experience, knowledge and skillsets.
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile and hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments, including writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
  • Experienced in understanding, gathering, and documenting complex requirements for a variety of business areas, systems and domains.
  • Hands on experience with data migration analysis.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate, influence and partner effectively with key business and technical stakeholders across the Reserve Bank.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and producing high-quality documentation.
  • Experience with Nintex workflows and SharePoint would be highly beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with key business stakeholders of all levels across the enterprise as well as our technical development team.
  • Demonstrated aptitude and commitment to fostering technical and soft skills in other Business Analysts.
  • An energetic and strategic thinker who has a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Fast learner with a curious and proactive mindset—willing to drive progress and deliver proactively.
  • Commitment to formal or self-directed training and cross-skill initiatives.
