Job Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand business goals, challenges, and system requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
  • Support presales with requirement discovery, functional demos, and proposal inputs.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and consultants to design and validate solutions (e.g., SugarCRM, Monday.com).
  • Coordinate project deliverables and own Analysis, QA, UAT, and Training SDLC stages, to ensure solution quality and business fit.
  • Use tools such as JIRA and Confluence for sprint planning, tracking, and documentation.
  • Support change management and user adoption.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in CRM, ERP, or SaaS implementations.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Postman experience is advantageous.
