Overview
Amazing Charts is hiring a Business Analyst to support the leadership team with data gathering, reporting, and variance analysis on financial & nonfinancial metrics. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate & timely data that is relevant to making business decisions, as well as, tracking & measuring the goals of the business units.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain vendor to customer invoicing audits, ensuring customer and vendor billing accuracy.
Perform variance analysis and assist leadership with forecasting.
Develop and maintain profitability analysis reports.
Work with Sales & Marketing teams on cost analysis and performance metrics.
Gather data and assist with price increase analysis.
Provide insightful and analytical recommendations and commentary to assist the decision making of the leadership team.
Build & improve financial reporting models & reports.
Ad Hoc analysis as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
University or college degree in Accounting/Finance, or Business.
1-3 years of progressive experience working with financial analysis.
Advanced working experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Effective communicator that has experience and is comfortable working with all levels of management.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Solutions focused mindset with a desire to improve processes.

What Would Make You Stand Out
Experience creating reports with Power BI.
Experience with SQL.
Understanding of GAAP principals and IFRS.
