Title: Business Analyst

Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Business Analyst to support our Procurement Transformation programme. The Business Analyst is accountable for surfacing, understanding and documenting business processes & requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring that business and programme needs are met through process improvements, or strategic changes. This role strategically bridges between business needs and operational solutions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and project work.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders across multiple departments and organizational levels, including the facilitation of workshops and interviews
Analyse current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design improved workflows and operating models
Support end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment between business requirements and operational capabilities
Conduct impact analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis for procurement systems and workflows
Assist with testing activities, including the creation of test scenarios and validation of results
Support implementation and post-launch validation activities
Skills & Capabilities
Minimum 2 years of experience in a business analyst role in a corporate environment is required
Experience in the technology, gaming or gambling industries would be a plus
Business analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) or relevant industry certifications would be a plus
Proven track record of gathering requirements and defining scope for systems or operating model transformations, large-scale process improvements, or organizational change initiatives
Experience working on initiatives focused on user experience would be a plus
Proficiency in business analysis methodologies (e.g. BABOK, BPMN, Agile BA practises) and tooling (e.g. VISIO, Lucid, Miro, Draw.io)
Experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile) and tooling (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Asana)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an attention to detail
Ability to elevate analysis and reporting through data visualisation, insight and storytelling
Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, global organisation and collaborating with multi-functional teams
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
