Are you someone who can:  

• Understand strategy and business objectives and translate them into requirements for technical development teams  

• Present ideas and requirements to a wide range of stakeholders in an engaging manner 

• Work with product teams to develop business cases that align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable value. 

• Analyze financial data to support decision-making and ensure commercial viability. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to challenge conventional thinking and propose innovative solutions. 

• Work closely with product managers to shape and refine product strategies. 

• Ensure seamless communication between business and technology teams. 

• Operate with minimal oversight and independently deliver on agreed outcomes 

  You will be an ideal candidate if you have:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. 

• 3–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or doing work related to the business analysis knowledge areas in a financial services or digital product environment. 

• The ability to emphathise with customers/end users of solutions and articulate their needs as business requirements  

• Strong understanding of financial principles and ability to interpret data and get actionable insights. 

• Experience in creating/interpreting business cases and driving strategic initiatives. 

• Familiarity with translating requirements for tech teams. 

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
