HUB International is rapidly expanding our digital and product offerings and technology solutions and is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, critical thinker and problem solver to support mission-critical, enterprise-changing programs and projects to support our strategic goals.
The Business Analyst is key in ensuring customer, business, and technology-related Data and Analytics needs are understood, defined, and executed through successful process and technology solutions. In this role, you are expected to develop trusted partnerships with business and technology leaders and provide a variety of analytical capabilities that contribute to the design and delivery of technology-enabled business solutions, including requirements definition, gap analysis, and process re-engineering.
The Business Analyst will primarily be responsible for organizing and supporting the development of all enterprise-grade Data and Analytics projects and product solutions from conception to completion. Working in a product-driven environment, you will help map and plan the pre-development product life cycle. As a crucial team member, you will be responsible for creating detailed Product Resource Documents (PRD) and utilizing them to translate business needs into features, user stories, and product backlog items, while collaborating with cross-functional development teams to ensure project success and product implementation. You will work with key business and technology stakeholders to simplify, standardize, automate, and operationalize cross-functional processes and workflows, and support ongoing learning and optimization efforts to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of desired business, operational, and customer experience goals.
As a Business Analyst, you will rely on your experience and judgment to manage and accomplish the goals of multiple, concurrent strategic and operational initiatives. You’ll demonstrate a mindset of critical thinking, continuous improvement, and self-direction, and contribute to developing HUB’s product analysis and operational effectiveness capabilities. A wide degree of creativity and latitude to achieve these goals is expected. Additionally, you may provide analytical, organizational, and coordination expertise to support strategic programs, critical initiatives, and business objectives as needed.
