Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & Documentation
Work with business stakeholders to capture and translate needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
Document user flows, enhancements, and technical specifications.
Vendor Coordination & Ticket Management
Act as the liaison between client teams and external vendors.
Raise and track incident/service tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
Validate vendor deliverables and ensure alignment with business expectations.
Project Coordination
Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables.
Manage program migrations, enhancements, and new feature rollouts.
Facilitate UAT and QA processes with stakeholders.
Operational Support
Provide first-level support for business teams on platform usage and customer journey flows.
Review and validate data flows, reports, and campaign setups.
Assist in demo sessions, UI validation, and defect management.
Reporting & Communication
Maintain clear and transparent communication across business, internal teams, and vendors.
Provide regular status updates on issues, resolutions, and timelines.
Support preparation of reports and presentations for leadership updates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fields.
1+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or CRM/loyalty program projects.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, customer journeys, and data flows (experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar is an advantage).
Experience managing vendor relationships and support workflows.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
