What You’ll Do

Analyse business processes and uncover opportunities for improvement.
Gather and validate requirements through interviews and workshops.
Create user stories, functional specs, and test plans.
Develop business cases for proposed solutions.
Support user acceptance testing and maintain documentation.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Understanding of application architecture (APIs, data flows).
Familiarity with Agile or Lean delivery frameworks.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.

Bonus Points For

Experience in ATM or financial services.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO27001, SOX).
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and wireframing tools.
