We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Technology Risk Remediation Business Analyst to join our Global Technology Services (GTS) team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Business Analysis within a regulated financial services environment, with a strong emphasis on risk remediation. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in designing, optimizing, and automating workflows to strengthen risk posture and improve operational resilience.

What you will be responsible for

· Strategic Leadership & Alignment: Lead a team of business analysts and process engineers in cross-functional collaboration to align business objectives with technical solutions, ensuring strategic coherence across teams and disciplines.

· Automation & Integration Oversight: Lead the identification and execution of automation and system integration opportunities. Champion efforts to streamline remediation processes, reduce manual work, and improve efficiency through stakeholder engagement and data visualization..

· Analytical Leadership Guide technical and business analysis efforts, including data modeling, analytics, workflow evaluation, and root cause analysis. Use insights to support strategic decisions, compliance, and effective remediation planning.

· Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between IT, risk, and operations teams. Align requirements, manage expectations, and ensure smooth implementation of business and technical solutions that support strategic goals.

· Technical Translation & Delivery: Oversee the translation of business needs into actionable technical solutions. Ensure governance, audit readiness, and risk remediation through clear documentation, reporting, and testing protocols.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, particularly in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field

· Proven track record in leading the design and delivery of complex business analysis and technical solutions, with a strong preference for experience within the Financial Services sector

· Solid understanding of the complexities involved in implementing and managing large-scale programs, including stakeholder engagement, communication, demand management, and prioritization

· Minimum of 15 years of Business Analysis experience within large, complex organizations, ideally in the financial services sector; experience supporting regulatory remediation initiatives is a plus

· Familiarity with business intelligence platforms, such as Power BI, is preferred; experience with additional data analysis tools, including SQL and Python, is considered a strong asset but not required

Salary Range:

$130,000 - $212,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
